Featuring an innovative dual slide/double-keyboard design, the Pantech Duo smartphone is as comfortable dealing with 9 to 5 business as it is with keeping up with your 24-hour-a-day communication needs. This AT&T phone can handle high-speed data connectivity via AT&T's 3G mobile broadband data network, which is available in most major metropolitan areas. The AT&T 3G network uses the UMTS 850/1900 network (also known as WCDMA), making it possible to enjoy a variety of feature-rich wireless multimedia services with speeds up to 3.6 Mbps. It also gives AT&T the advantage of offering simultaneous voice and data services.

In areas where the 3G network is not available, you'll continue to receive service on the AT&T EDGE network, which offers availability in more than 13,000 US cities and along some 40,000 miles of major highways. When holding the Duo in a wide, landscape orientation, the QWERTY keyboard slides open for writing e-mail and editing Microsoft Word and Excel documents. And the drop-down numeric keypad is ideal for sending quick texts and dialing on the run. A flip of the wrist initiates either keyboard to address any mobile need. The Duo's lean design houses both keypads and a large 2.2-inch color screen in a device that measures just 0.83 inches thick, 4 inches tall, and 2 inches wide.

With Microsoft Office Mobile you can leave your laptop behind. Synchronize with your computer and Mobile Outlook provides up-to-the-minute management of your calendar, contacts and e-mail. Windows Mobile 6 also delivers the ability to view e-mail messages in their original rich HTML format with live links to Web sites and Microsoft Office SharePoint sites, which means that text and images are displayed as they would be on a Windows PC. Review: I purchased my Pantech around a month ago. So far the phone has worked okay. Somedays I don't get texts or calls so I check my phone and it says try again later, service is unavailable. I have to shut the phone off for a little while and restart it to get service. Not exactly what I was expecting from this phone. I guess you get what you pay for (.01).

Review Summary: Love this phone
Review: I have had this phone for about 8 months now, love the ablitity to text with the key board as well as with the numerical pad. I really like the beam feature (the ability to beam a picture from my phone to my laptop, without connecting it). The only thing that i can honestly say that drives me crazy about this phone is while talking on the phone and I get a text from someone, the person that I am talking to will have there ear blasted out if I dont have it on vibrate or silent mode. Other than that I have no issues with this phone.

Review: I received my 1st phone almost 2 months ago. I returned it because I had a problem receiving my text messages. I am now returning my second one because of the same problems. I still have to keep removing the battery to get my messages at least once a day. I love the features to this phone, but they need to get the kinks out of it. Oh yea, it has a very short battery life.

Review: I bought this phone specifically for the full keyboard. I found it has many other functions that I have NO CLUE how to use. The informational cdrom they included was USELESS. This phone is a mystery, no online help & the people at AT&T have no idea how to use it eaither. The help guide is HORRIBLE!!! I do like the phone, but i would LOVE to know how to use the functions it has.
